Hi everyone!
Just wanted to share with you an experience that I had lately, where I installed some new EQ plugin from an up and coming plugin developer – but it ended up crashing my Studio One session.
Not only that, but every time I tried to open up the song in Studio One, it crashed! It seemed as though my song – with all the recently added parts and plugin settings was lost forever.
Boy was I ticked off! I was angry and frustrated because I’d spent the whole week getting to this point in the song, and it was all for nought. Or so it seemed.
Fortunately, there’s a happy ending. I discovered a way to salvage stem files from within PreSonus Studio One, and in case you weren’t familiar with how to do this and experience DAW crashes every now and then, this video’s for you!
